Icons
Escape-route signs are used for label exits and escape routes. Icons, such as Exit signs, Fire-hydrant signs, Fire-cock signs, On-the-right/left-and-down/upstairs signs are mandatory attributes practically of any modern building, whether it is a business centre or a municipal building.
There is a wide choice of icons passed all-Union State Standards. We accept orders for manufacturing of non-standard labels and of icons of any sizes.

GOST Ð 12.4.026-2001 (extracts)
1. Field of application
This standard extends on alarm colors, signs of safety and an alarm marking for industrial, public and other economic activities of people, and in other places where the safety is necessary: industrial, public establishments, etc. The standard is developed with a view to prevent accidents, to decrease traumatism and occupational diseases, to eliminate the danger to life, harm for health, fire hazard or breakages.
Application of alarm colors, signs of safety and alarm marking are necessarily for all organizations in territory of the Russian Federation irrespective of their patterns of ownership and organizational - legal regulations.
4.3. The employer or administration of the organization should in view of requirements of this standard:
— To define kinds and places of danger on industrial, public establishments and in other places on the assumption of safety conditions;
— To designate dangerous places and possible dangerous situations by alarm colors, signs of safety and by alarm marking;
— To choose suitable signs of safety (if necessary to select the text of explaining inscriptions on signs);
— To define sizes, kinds and executions, degree of protection and place of accommodation (installation) of signs of safety and alarm marking;
— To designate by means of signs of safety places of accommodation of equipments of personal safety and equipments promoting reduction of a possible material damage by fire, failures or other extreme situations.
