Our enterprise renders services of hydroabrasive cutting and simultaneously of manufacturing products from a sheet material with the subsequent mechanical operation and powder painting.

The cutting of materials by directed sheet of water of a high pressure with a touch of an abrasive (cutting without impurity – water-cutting) is the essence of the hydroabrasive cutting. The sheet of water a touch of an abrasive is compressed under pressure up to 5000 Atm and passed through a narrow aperture of 0,5-1,5 mm in diameter, thus the sheet of water becomes the cutter possessing speed above transsonic speed.

Hydroabrasive cutting possesses a number of advantages towards mechanical, laser, ultrasonic, plasma cutting. Water cutting distinguish a high accuracy and speed of cutting, the opportunity of figured cutting of sheet materials on complex structures with any radiuses of a rounding off and curvature. The small temperature and force of influence excludes any opportunity of thermal and mechanical deformation of a processable material near to the zone of cutting.

To the list of materials accessible to hydroabrasive cutting it is possible to carry practically all materials, in difference, for example from laser cutting, when there are difficulties with cutting of materials, possessing special optical properties, in particular copper and glass. Black and the nonferrous metals, alloyed steel, granite, marble, ceramics, glass, plexiglas, composite materials, mirror - here are not the full list of materials accessible to hydroabrasive cutting, but also it is possible to judge by a wide coverage of processable materials.

By means of hydroabrasive cutting technology it is possible to render quickly and qualitatively following services and products:

— complex cut of sheet materials of metal, including alloyed
— Marble and granite panels for furnish facades of buildings and interiors
— Trade marks and signboards of non-standard materials (glass, marble, granite, etc.)
— Complex non-serial profiles which it is difficult or impossible to get using other kinds of cutting;

Besides the described products, by using hydroabrasive cutting, it is possible to cut qualitatively and quickly practically any sheet materials.

Average price of 1 minute cutting is 70 roubles without VAT.
The final price of cutting depends of quantity of points of cut and complexities of file development. Depending of quantity of products the order provides discounts and extra charges.
